The Polaris Sailing Society is a sailing and social organization for single adults.

• We provide our membership with sailing opportunities on a variety of boats owned by Polaris members.
• We offer numerous programs and educational activities related to sailing.
• We engage our membership in a broad variety of fun-filled social activities.

Meetings are held every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm in the Harbor View Room at Humphrey's Half Moon Inn & Suites located in Point Loma at 2303 Shelter Island Drive - (619) 224-3411. Come at 6:30pm and socialize with us in the lounge at Humprey's. Meetings are short (usually over by 9:00pm) and include reports from the various officers and usually feature a presentation by an invited guest speaker.

During these meetings, members and newcomers are encouraged to sign-up for a weekend or evening sail at the "Sailing Table". Prior sailing experience is NOT required! Sign up for social events at the "Social Table" as well.

Announcements are made during the meeting of upcoming social and sailing events. Newcomers are encouraged to attend up to three events to include meetings, socials or sail outings before deciding to become a member.
